Cancellation Policy
* A deposit is required upon booking and it will be deducted from your appointment total.
* We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a client fails to cancel and/or no shows, they lose their deposit.
* Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
* If we don’t hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it usually considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
